200 grams sugar

Processing way:

1. Boil the sago pearls in 750 ml of boiling water until clear. Remove and drain. Wash under running water. Set aside.
2. Boil ginger sauce ingredients over medium heat until boiling. Reduce heat. Cook the back for 20 minutes until fragrant.
